Wow thanks for the photo guys--No that is the girl that is working from the Verm and doing a little extra with the Advocate----scared to death to use UL in the Advocate but not the Vermilion-----I think Boomer needs to drop a few pounds after the holidays!!!! Notice the correct placement for the UL sign with the right hand the palms facing out and as I instructed the young lady, she has palms in with the left hand!!! Not sure what the peripheral fingers were doing!!! lol

Tell your left hand (see Frenchie's pic) to follow the right hand lead ... unless you are dong a Cajun flip off!
