Checked out Boomer's toolame site, the huddle (or was it the puddle?). They had a couple of guys really spewing hatred for UL and it's fans with those of us on the message boards in particular. One guy was really whining about the name issue. After reading a bit the biggest complainers revealed they are toolame fans with degrees not from toolame but from moanroe, ohno, and State. What a surprise! All that was missing was a Brokeback college alum on that board whining about mean Ol' UL and it's arrogant fans. But then one or two of them will probably show up once they finish whining about their traditional playoff omelette and the lack of fans.

How many folks wearing green on Saturday do you think will have gotten tickets for free and were promised a free "whatever" for wearing green in the dome for the bowl? My guess is the majority of the people wearing green were talked into it with "some green".

Here's what I find amusing... Tulane plays all of these teams they "respect" in the Superdome.... they openly disrespect UL. Their fans never attend any of their regular season games... yet they're planning to attend this game. They don't respect their own team under normal circumstances... do you think they're attending because of "their team" or "our fans". I say... the latter.

If it were not for our fans being there... a fan base that showed up in force for "our team" in two prior bowls... irrespective of the opponent or their fans... Tulane wouldn't have 20% of the green shirts that we'll see next Saturday. Once again, whatever crowd shows up... it's all because of our team! Geaux Cajuns!!!

The weenies are confident that there will be a huge game day walk up crowd for the weenies. They actually expect more "dans" to buy on game day than what bought through toolame (reported as 7500).
