I didn't say we'd "deserve" it, or even be one of the best 25 teams in the country. But neither is ANYONE in the MAC, EVER... and they have multiple top 25 schools every year.

How? They win 10 games by beating up on teams that suck.

Had we been 10-2 right now, there is no question we'd be in the top 25. That's the correct formula: beat up on teams that suck.

The MAC's been doing it for years. How many bowl tie-ins does the MAC have? How many top 25 teams have they had? Yet we'd pound every one of those teams on most nights - especially before our recent slide.

The MAC has the formula right. OH.... and schedule big ten teams that suck, so you get a couple "big" wins. They know how the game is played.
