Just got confirmation that my seat is secured behind the UL L bench. lol, and the guy who confirmed it to me is an SLI era guy. I am expecting a great, great game Wednesday evening by two outstanding teams.

BOP has said all along last year we were a little ahead of schedule, but we were aiming for 2008 to be a really good year. And dang few teams have really good years with the word youth attached. _
For the record, i wasn't trying to imply that we are a young team, but trying to reiderate the fact that Robe was going into the weekend planning to empty the benches.

    Express, Clutch,

Not to belabor the point, because I agree with you guys on most of what you said, and I do know that Coach was experimenting with the lineup, but the youth thing, in my humble opinion, only applies to chemistry on the defensive side of the ball, i.e. 2b and ss in turning two, pitcher and catcher, etc... Youth should have nothing to do with hitting, or the lack thereof. It is just one batter against one pitcher. Having said that, I know it's early and I panicked a little after dropping two this weekend. Let's hope we get the bats on track for Tulane.

How bout my new favorite player to change the subject...Matt Hicks! With all he has been through recently, I admire that he is out there. He has a lot of heart hopefully the freshmen on this tema can look at him and learn a few things. GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!!
