LOUISIANA vs. South Alabama

This is the concern I have. What has changed with this team? The motivation/drive/fire isn't there.

I have faith in this Head Coach and staff...we have done things with Hud that we have never done before. Everyone is embarrassed with this performance and believe me when I say that the Coaches and players are more embarrassed then any of us. This will be our 3rd consecutive Bowl game in 3 years...In state only LSU has done this.....until this year. Heal up, rant if you have to and get to New Orleans.. We have to bring the Thunder for our Coaches and kids.....____ Tulane

Ok guys ....here is the deal...we did some great things by hitting some goals....winning the Belt with tet au tet win over the co champ...we made it to a bowl....didn't win out at home.....No doubt to me was that he was saying we need to go into the bowl game with a very positive attitude if we are going to win it.....believe me that this is all HUD meant and. As usual was trying to pump up the Cajun Nation.......please take this the right way!!!!!!!!

Having experienced Hud-nation for 3 years, I choose to believe this. A motto I live by is "assume positive intent," and I'll give coach the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Most coaches ignore the fans. HUD has always recognized the importance of the fans in building this program.

Now let's go kick the ____ out of Tulane.

Huh??? I was in section S, section T was loaded with Cajun fans and there were numerous pockets of Cajun fans across the visitor side. Two groups of Jag fans near me both commented to us that it was the biggest visiting crowd they had ever seen.

Well said Boomer. HUD called out those who got on board because the Cajuns have been winning, but have no problems jumping off when it doesn't go their way. It's time for the bandwagoners to jump off. Most of us sat in the stands every game during the Stokley, Baldwin and Bustle eras when the teams weren't winning. Our team has had success over the past three years and I haven't taken it for granted. Some of you have! I hope the bandwagoners don't show up for the bowl. Let HUD and the team feel the support from those who truly believe in this team, win or lose!

No one is dumping this team. We all come here to vent. Things get said in haste or frustration because of our high expectations for this year's team. I'm at a loss of why this team has lost their fire and lost the last 2 games. I voted 11-2 on the season pole.
