This is why some of us were complaining about not putting teams that we were supposed to beat handily (NMSU, GaState) away early so that we could get backups some experience and see what they had.

Well the better team won tonight. Better prepared, better talent, better coached. they've had a football team for 4-5 years and they're already one of the best teams in the SBC. We backed into a co-champ position and cajuns can't even celebrate with enthusiasm. We have a lot of work to do in recruiting. Coaches better re-evaluate their schemes and players and get this program turned around next year.
