Did the UL football team steal a recruit from ULM?

The track and field signee list shows Wayne Jacobs a sprinter from OP Walker in New Orleans. ULM signed a small but fast tailback from OP Walker named Wayne Jacobs. This tailback had a tremendous game to knock out Teurlings from the state playoffs this year. Is this the same person? If so, where is going to attend achool? It seems unlikely that OP Walker would have two fast guys named Wayne Jacobs. Did the Cajun footbal program get another player through the track team?

Same guy. Apparently he never signed that Football LOI. His momma didn't want him playing football. too dangerous. I agree. :-) But it's only dangerous if you're a freshman. If you're a sophomore, then its not dangerous anymore.
