I wish we would leave this subject alone....we still have a game to win to secure outright conference championship, something we haven't done in 40 years.
So what you are saying is that both Orgeron and Hud are both player's coaches and both get their players to do anything to win for them? Then why are we talking about another coach? Hud is the coach and will be the coach until he or the administration announces a change. Then, I feel, it would be appropriate to discuss other coaches.
F. U c. K all that crap... Hud is here, he is winning, we are going bowling!! Worry about his replacement after he decides to leave!
Did the guy not just quit on his players that "love" him so much yesterday because things didn't go his way??
No doubt he is an excellent recruiter and assistant couch but we need another young hungry guy when Coach HUD leaves to help continue to elevate our program. Not a failed SEC head coach. We will be dealing with so much more if we hired him , it would be a complete circus...Just my opinion..stay away...
Hud is not going anywhere. He has not taken the big step. Win in your conference for the most part is an anchor. For him to leave he would have to win out in conference and take a big name like we almost did in Florida with bowl wins....We are where we are until we take that big step....until then we will enjoy what we have....being looked down as a no name school.....
If Bebe Orgeron was head coach here, within 3 years we would be on repeat offender probation for recruiting violations. He is a complete stranger to the rules of recruiting. Even at the BCS level, probation follows him around like a puppy. An SBC school would be lucky to avoid the death penalty if he were in charge.
I don't see any potential dominoes falling Hud's way this season. SEC seems pretty set coaching wise. For the SEC to start moving coaches around, it would have to start from the top with Saban to Texas. If Texas survives Baylor, we may be blessed with Hud's presence another season. Plus Hud's junior/senior class next year can put his stamp on the program big time.
