and before they could get a word out of their mouths, someone told them...We arent interested... we are going to the N O Bowl... Wouldnt even give the I Bowl people the time of day?

What if this happened? I'd say its not a very good way for an upstart program to build goodwill for the future?

You're doggone right it's not a good way to build goodwill for the future. I have no quarrels about going back to NO but you have to listen and somewhat date the other options. If this plays out to where a sunbelt school plays an ACC team in the I bowl, I firmly believe we _____ the bed again. I'm going to state again I'm happy going to yet another bowl game but if we gave the I bowl the shaft early this is starting to reek of the old addage "thats just the way we do things round here."

I would believe it..... Anything to pry us away from advancing forward (bowls,conference affiliation ) would help SCOTT FARMER from being revealed in the appropriate light... FRAUD. INCOMPETENT. keep us small time and his deficiencies become less apparent

Someone obviously with alot more stick than me might want to look into this.. Im just saying. Or... maybe since I have been known to make ____ up all the time...lets just drop it and forget I ever said it.

Actually Z, I think Farmer just read all the post a month or so back attacking me for suggesting to look elsewhere for a Bowl instead of the NOB. He just figured, hey, all but the guy in Houston would be good with it, so why bother with anything else.
