I would say stAte has been wanting NOLA Bowl for two seasons now.

When they first went to Mobile that bowl was more prestigious than the New Orleans bowl (perception wise)

Two years of Ragin' Cajuns fans (and Louisiana's brand of football) have elevated the status of the New Orleans bowl.

I believe the sharing just started the year right after we started doing the heavy lifting. I dont think we recieved very much if any revenue as a result of the early Sun Belt Bowls

that is correct, but if you take a look at other major conferences, that's what I was talking about. Yes the Belt just started, but we're always late to the party. lol
