We'll trounce a direct recruiting competitor in a bowl game in front of about 40,0000, taking over their home stadium in the procuess. Meanwhile, ULM stays home. I'm not sure that loss affected us a whole lot in this regard.

Correctamundo. Ulm didn't even experience an uptick in recruiting after the Ibowl.

Can't see how one win will win over a recruit to those facilities and the knowledge that if you go to a bowl you'll get a pb&j sandwich for a reward.

Hope you are correct, and I think you will be as long as we take care of business against South AL and Tulane.

The name calling and condescension is has already started on their message board. "Class vs. Trash bowl" was my favorite. Their 11 fans don't seem to thrilled about playing us. Apparently they wanted a bowl with a quality opponent and a better pay out.

No they think it is beneath them to play us. Apparently our last meeting was a fluke. And they don't like us fans either. They want us to Please.
