dominating performance. Rimmer is emerging as a legit deep threat and Sheppard played great. Huge numbers from the bench last night. Good sign for rest.of season

We owned Northwestern last night. Northwestern is a good team that gave LSU all they wanted last week. Just a little insight. We may be pretty good........

Long looked like a man amongst boys on the court last night. Great game!

Play well win big. That's a pretty easy game plan. We pounded them pretty good last night.

If we improve our free throw average we will be in a much better position to beat the really tough teams.

If JJ could drop another 30-45 pounds he could be a really good player for us. He played very well last night and he was solid at the charity stripe as well.

I know NSU beat Auburn and played LaStateAg well...but they didn't impress me last night. They can't defend, couldn't consistently rebound...even when we had our shorter lineup...and they lack overall athleticism. It seems that if their outside shooting is off...and they can't make a dozen or more 3's...they don't have anything else to go to.

In the pregame show (I was flipping back and forth between Hud & Steve and Marlin & Jay) Marlin stated NSU wasn't very good on the offensive boards but were ok/decent on the defensive boards so far this season.

I'm admittedly not a basketball person unless the Cajuns are good. Are approaching that point?
