Qualcomm on Monday began taking pre-orders for its Toq smartwatch, which syncs with Android smartphones via Bluetooth to deliver alerts, messages, and updates to your wrist. Consumers can now order the black version of the Toq for $349.99 through Qualcomm's online store. A white version of the Toq
