Few days back, we reported about the hardware issue affecting a very small number of Xbox One customers. Microsoft responded that they are working directly with those affected to send a replacement console to them as soon as possible through their advance exchange program. In addition to that, Microsoft also announced that these customers will receive free games from Microsoft for the inconvenience caused. While a replacement console is on its way, we want to ensure our advance exchange customers can stay in the game.
