AP Poll and the Name mixup

I would think it's got to be someone's responsibility within the university to make sure a major outlet like AP doesn't put the Lafayette College logo on our team page profile.

I'm not sure who's job it is, but I would say correcting something like this is more important than worrying about what some on a message board say about a reporter from Monroe.

There is the misconception that marketing can be ignored and that winning will take care of everything.

and sue them for what??? The judge would laugh us out of court. This is akin to filing suit because someone misspelled your name in the newspaper. It's stupid but last time I checked being stupid wasn't illegal.

With the same effort you put in typing this post you could have fixed it yourself with a short, nicely worded email. I've done it in the past. They apologize and fix it immediately.

This is frustrating to see but it's not the SID's job to police every website on the Internet and it would be next to impossible to do. To me as a fan, taking the initiative to do little things like send emails when you see a mistake is part of holding on to the rope.
