What I'm saying is that we shouldn't be knocking Tulane's current 7 wins when we have a schedule loaded with Nichols, NM State, Georgia St, & TX State.......if we had taken down one Ark or K State, then I would be the first to start trashing "Onelane"!!

In comparison to our two previous opponents in the NO Bowl, they are not very good.

The UNT people basically have a choice of HEART OF DALLAS or NOLA BOWL. I promise that the people of Denton (a Dallas suburb) have no desire for the game to be in their own back yard. They would much prefer for it to be in NOLA.

Pretty sure UNT fans would absolutely love to play in their backyard against a B10 opponent. Are you getting info from the bums of Denton?

That would be the same if we said we would rather travel to dallas to play north texas instead of playing a big10 in the New Orleans bowl.

1. The I-bowl is out because the ACC refuses to play an SBC or MAC team.
2. NIU isn't headed to Mobile so no top 25.
3. The NO bowl will more than likely have Tulane rep from CUSA.

Due to prior commitments I can't make Mobile. Always loved kicking Tulane around in the dome. Can't hurt recruiting. Indoors and great entertainment before and after.
