For example when they talk of UConn:
    2. athletic budget - by far the largest in the AAC (actually more on-par with "Power 5" schools) and UCONN should be expected to pay around $2M-$2.5M/yr to its next head coach rather comfortably. _Compare that to what Syracuse, Rutgers and BC are paying their new coaches, and UCONN trumps them;_
HUD can make more money here than anywhere else if he chooses to stay.

Why, we still can't afford Louie Cook?

I think orgeron would immediately move to top 3 on our list IF we lose HUD and orgeron doesn't get USC. But we don't have to worry about that because HUD is staying another year.

HUD is staying for more than another year

The only program on that list, imo, that might consider going after Hud, would be Louisville, if Strong left. I know it may not be Coach Hud's dream job, but he has mentioned them before as a program he likes to emulate, and they are a top 20 program, with lots of support and money. This is the type of program that would go after Hud. Now, I really don't think it would happen, but it's not totally unrealistic either.

Sources tell me his name will be right on the edge of the table and the first to fall off like it did last time.

---Ah How could they not love Lafayette---Lafayette has really loved all of its coaches except for one---can you guess??? I guess the thing about it is that we are this way and really don't even try---Cajun people are just pretty damn friendly and nice---I just hope we get our people back from the LSUs where some have drifted over the years---but I can see it has already turned to a great extent!!!! Game is about a week and 2 hours away!!!
