Johnelle Derouselle was offered early in the football season along with Houston,USM and several others. When news of his grades came back all Div1A programs pulled their offers and including the Cajuns. ULM is coming back on kids just like the Cajuns to fill their class. As of his commitment, he still is about 50/50 on becoming eligible. So right now, ULM is his only offer to play Div1A football. The Cajuns never offered Wayne Jacobs, again ULM is his only Div1A offer. With Luther, I'm hearing all kind of things, most don't make sense right now.
ULM has done well in the JC ranks because of the Alabama win. You might have noticed that most are from the Mississippi JC ranks. Now some of those signees have not graduated from JC as well, so that will be interesting. On the high school level, it certainly hasn't helped them in Louisiana.
