Here you go, as heard through the internet.
Wow, I just finished listening. That was a pretty informative interview.
Thanks Turbine for recording and posting it.
Thanks CT, for all of the insight. this is definitely one of those mysterious topics that many people don't know a whole lot about.
And, Thanks BOP for having him on.
I just listened to the entire interview. Very informative. I liked the part where Jay mentioned Tony saying he never knew the word "de-commit" prior to recruiting.
Thanks BJ (T) and BOP for putting this together. I don't know much about how these ratings games and recruiting wars go, but have heard 1000 stories. T mentioned that our football staff is highly underrated, in so far as recruiting goes. I firmly believe that our program will benefit our coaches (recruiting and otherwise) much more in the future in making UL an easy visit and stay for a great college student-athlete prospect.
I sincerely hope we keep the committed kids.
Every school can make an argument that they are improving by leaps and bounds, but there are no programs with more potential growth capability for football than UL. It is a measure of where we are and the realistic uplift of how far we can go, given the resources at our disposal.
Sorry for leaving you out of my thanks, Turbine. Many, many thanks for getting this interview available on here... and for all that you do.

grins.. and thanks
I heard you say yesterday that Ambrose was expected to give UL an answer within 24 hrs (from yesterday afternoon). Any word? And how come ULM seems to land so many commitments that we have offered? Thanks and I enjoyed hearing you on BEV yesterday.
Like who?
Both schools are usually after the same kids inside the state...
sometimes it comes down to geography, playing time, fitting in schemes etc...
I think both schools are having a good year in recruiting because LSU's recent success has them recruiting nationwide...
My perception of commits this year was that ULM was going heavy JUCO, and The Cajuns are looking for high school speedsters.
