Thread: MBB Country Day's Plaisance signs with Louisiana

  1. UL Basketball MBB Country Day's Plaisance signs with Louisiana

There was a time when Scott Plaisance played a little bit of everything.

But as a sophomore at Country Day, Plaisance decided to concentrate on basketball.

Two years later, the 6-foot-9 forward has watched that decision pay off.

Yep. Them young men could play some round ball. The oval one, not too well. I still remember some of their football players performing for the half time show in the band.

I had posted on here that my daughter played for his mom at Loyola---DoBee would miss one game a year for the Wolfpack and that was to take her daughter to the punt, pass, and Kick deal where she qualified each year for the finals---Scotty was really young but between DoBee's 6'3" and the Hubby's about 6'5" you knew that Theresa and Scotty would be tall--Also worth mentioning is that the uncle Ray and the Grandpa played at UL in football and the aunt was a great player at Loyola---John Porche (asst AD) told me that DoBee was his choice to take over the ladies program in "long ago"---My daughter's sister in law played for DoBee's state championship team at St Martins many moons ago!!! Congrats to Scottie P!!!
