Benson takes no action. Well, nothing new there.
The reality is probably that he didn't take action because he was out on the links working on his golf game rather than working to ensure ESPN properly identifies conference members, and by extension the conference, on national TV.

I echo that sentiment, Coach. From the top on down, this is a bull____ conference. Fortunately, UL is dynamic enough to continue to separate themselves from all the other schools in this state not named LSU.

According to the article it's against NCAA rules for a conference commissioner to reduce a suspension on an ejection. I don't know if that's right or not, but going off of what was written, if he couldn't reduce it then I'm at least glad he didn't add to it.

In other news, our sister school, the Lafayette Leopards, you recognize them by their icon commonly associated with ours on ESPN3, will play Lehigh this weekend to determine the Patriot League champion!
If only we could play each other.
