    WACO, Texas – In its second game of the weekend against a major-conference opponent, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns fell to No. 23-ranked Baylor 87-68, at the Ferrell Center on Sunday in a regionally-televised contest.

    We gave it a good run but were just outmanned at pretty much every position. Long got in foul trouble and we had no answer for their size and athleticism inside for an entire game. Payton played well and so did Long when he finally got to stay in after his 4th foul. We need other guys like Brown and Wronkowski to step up and become quality shooters we can rely on for the kickout when Payton gets in the lane or Long is doubled.
