Wow, that's some great pics, geaux Louisiana!

I see the poll, with Cajun votes, but I don't see us ranked yet, am I seeing this right?

That's last week's poll, this week's hasn't come out yet. I'm pretty sure we won't be ranked in this one either, but it would be cool to pick up a few more votes.

EDIT: Then again, looking at the bottom of the poll, most of the teams ahead of us receiving votes lost, as well as a couple of the 20-25 ranked teams. So it wouldn't be crazy.

At #30 this week. We lost one vote, but are ranked ahead of Miami, Ball State, Nebraska, Georgia, and Virginia Tech; one vote behind Texas. I'm pretty sure being on a bye this week will adversely effect us because they'll move up other teams that win this weekend coming, but we'll just have to come back and take it out on ULM to leave no doubt.

A few more years of winning football and we will get regular top 25 consideration. Move into a larger conference could excelerate this.

With a strong finish to this season, we could see some consideration going into next season considering all of the experience and talent we have coming back

---We need to show this to our former commit Watson who flipped to Nebraska!!! His family can see us play with a 2 hour drive and see a higher ranked team!!! Sounds good to me!!!!

Looks like the Ragin' Cajuns are ranked 29th in the coaches' poll.

The Cajuns won't get more than 6 or 7 votes no matter how we finish...

Unless we go 11-2 and beat a Top 25 team

Disagree. If we get an undefeated NIU and beat them, we get quite a few more.
