well, you know Hud will be very very involved. He is an offensive guy, after all. And, he's far from being a dummy in that department.

He knows what he wants out of the offense and has named a guy whose philosophy fits his own.

Frankly, the last thing I want him to do is leave it alone. The two of them have the capability to make a very good team.

No, it's not. My wife has a cousin who played offensive line in high school and has mostly coached defense in high school the past few years.

Gerald Broussard coached receivers and D line here and played O line. Coaches move positions all the time. Not a big deal.

---Coached the def line, RECs, RBs, DEs Kickers and a lot is learned from other coaches, meetings, film, etc. with the positions that you didn't play---But when you have played the position, the identification makes for a better communication----been there done that say on a route depending on stance, ideal depth, fake, read, check off, cut, catch, after catch strategies, blocking, and really a lot more!!!
