53-24 Louisiana
Though part of me wants to say 62-10, with Brooks Haack throwing his first collegiate touchdown.

42-38 Cajuns.... Buttholes puckered, in game thread meltdown
There is nothing better than the in game thread meltdown, after the fact when the Cajuns win. Some people should hook up a breathalyzer to their computers to save them from themselves. My wife teases me about how into games I get. I should let her read the wku in game thread to let her know I'm doing fine.
That may be closer to reality than many of us would like or like to admit. Gastate has played most teams close and has gottne better as the season has gone along. Coach mentioned one freshman OLB starting for gastate that we recruited and he really liked but we filled up all our available scholarships. There is also a WR that Coach states would be playing for us if we had him.

GSU 20
We run away (literally) with it the the 2nd half.
They leave the NFL goal posts up for their games, right?
Hud kept playing the NMSU first three possessions and asking if this is holding the rope.
Look for some serious pizzed off players.
Cajuns win big.
42-3 at the half
63-10 final.
This is why I'm laughing at some of these predictions. i agree that I think it will be closer than many people feel is warranted. The only thing that makes me think we can blow this wide open is that we will have a few extra days of rest after the last few brutal weeks so the guys should have an extra step on the other guys.
One thing to keep in mind: Georgia State is a much stronger second half team. If Hud wants to beat GSU, he needs to do a majority of his scoring in the first half.
Its also a clasic "trap game" with a lightly regarded opponent sandwiched between several traditional important conference games. Even though this is still a conference game I think we tend to overlook its importance between Troy and Moanroe. I know Hud will not be overlooking them I just hope he can get the players focused on them. Hopefully NMSU game was a wakeup call.
