There was an article a couple of days ago about the JUCO DT. His name is Ryan Glazer and he is 6'3" 290 lbs. He played JUCO ball in California and has graduated from his JC. He will enroll here for the spring semester and participate in spring practice. I don't remember much about the other two but I think they went to a Kansas JUCO. Go to the Scout site and you may find things on them.
This is correct, he will play at OT. Big Linemen that run sub 5.0's don't sign with non BCS programs. You have to find athletes that project down the line. The Cajuns have done this with Cox and Pirtle in the past and it has worked out good for the program. When you have a kid with that kind of wing span and quickness, you can build him up for several years. He ran a 4.8 at the Scout Combine, Chase Clement ran a 4.9.
ESPN had Wilson ranked as one of the top 50 OT's in the country based on his junior film, at 220 lbs. To my knowledge, he never played OT, just TE for a team that does not throw. ESPN never re-ranked him at OT, maybe because they saw the internet video of him running the 100 meters from a 3 point stance and figured not all that many OT's do that sort of thing. He is now over 240 lbs, but is a sub 4.6 guy, not just sub 5.0. I guess he could play OT, he would be a pretty dang fast OT.
