UL Softball to Host 33 Years of Alumni this Weekend

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball program is hosting an Alumni Reunion weekend, capped off with an Alumni softball game and other events on Saturday, November 9 starting at 3 p.m. at Lamson Park._

Kyla is the only one allowed to wear the gear of another university. Super proud of her and glad that she returns to UL for these things. If Lotief ever hangs it up, we need to offer Kyla double her current salary.

I think that the football team had started calling themselves Ragin' Cajuns in the 60's, but I don't think it became official until the early 70's. I don't know if the top 10 ranked basketball teams from the late 60's to early 70's were actually called Ragin' Cajuns.

Those great 60's and early 70's teams were Bulldogs.
