Noticed where John Harber said "Glad to see Louisiana Tech not mentioned in this. Not saying we’re above it it’s just the La-Tech ULM rivalry was getting pretty one-sided."

I wonder why the article didn't mention that officially Louisiana Technical University has a totally separate name that they use ONLY for athletics. "LA Tech"

I mean this athletic only use of Louisiana is what started the whole gripe in the Monroe News Stat ... Garrett Boyte only asks that Louisiana follows the law.

Is Louisiana Technical University breaking the law or starting a new institution by not getting legislative approval to go by LA Tech athletically?
