We enjoy all of the updates. Good work guys.
Stopping at 6 levels was wise. Another level would have been higher than adjacent Rougeou Hall and would have made it overbearing. Height is not what make the building big, it's the footprint. The building occupies a little bit more area than the parking lot it replaced. If you remember, it was a fairly large parking lot.
Pics from this morning: the brickwork on the lab space seems complete. It also appears that the garage is nearing completion....at least the prefab part. And it is remarkable on how much it is blended in already. Helmut was right again: stopping it at 6 levels helped keep it in scale.
Also, Stokes is pretty much all gone.....
Looks like the heavy lifting is pretty much completed. It would have been finished a few weeks ago but the daily rains we have been having have slowed things up a bit. The garage should be finished in about 8 weeks or so. They will have to pave the access drive, but that will be last.
This job is almost done. Looks like a lot to do but they are very close to finishing.

They paid homage to the old snack hut. Elana would be happy.

Stokes no more. Looks like they crushed some of the concrete form the old buildings to make a surface for the parking lot.
