They have about two weeks of work left to complete the erection of the precast prestressed concrete components.

Stopping at 6 levels was wise. Another level would have been higher than adjacent Rougeou Hall and would have made it overbearing. Height is not what make the building big, it's the footprint. The building occupies a little bit more area than the parking lot it replaced. If you remember, it was a fairly large parking lot.
