I graduated in 2000 and part of the fees that I paid for was my brick. I want to see the brick I paid for.

yep! something about beef being cooked on rolled up newspaper! I don't think I ever ate one sober.. I like to think that the alcohol in my stomach killed whatever may have been in that ground beef from being unrefrigerated all night! LOL.. but hey... you needed something in the belly to replenish the calories burned from dancing in the Keg all night... especially with Melrock spinning the tunes!

Of course you could always just help cleanup at the Loose Caboose at closing and get a free burger out of the deal. Man those were some fun if not stomach churning days.

We always hear them berate us for lack of alumni giving?

You want a brick, make a donation.
The donation was made in your graduation fees, I think it was around $100 in the early 90's.

Yeah, definitely part of the graduation fees. Not free. Speaking of bricks and alumni donating, though, the Alumni Association sells framed replicas of your brick for a $75 donation.
