Not too much progress on this project.

Hold up. They didn't tear up my brick did they?

Chances are, it came up on it's own. The bricks were falling apart and the quad was, shall we say, dated. They will replace your brick but instead of a paver, it will be a full depth brick imbedded in a sand bed over a concrete base. It will be much better.

That sounds fancy...gone are the days were people would go and take their brick...I know several people who have done so.

I know in the flow of construction, this would have been an added cost, but a week's window and, oh let's say $5 a pop, I would have gladly chiseled out my brick as I'm sure others. Just sayin'....

Disappointing progress on this project but it looks like they are finally ready to star placing concrete sidewalks.

I forget how beautiful this campus is in the spring. Nice to see the tweaks to it.

I had noticed the very slow progress as well. Since we have been so dry lately, was really wondering what caused this delay.....do you have idea? Or when it's expected date to finish is? Thanks again for all your great posts!!!!

I really don't know the real reason why but I suspect the contractor bit off more than he could chew.
