Decent drive leads to another INT around midfield. Then Fletcher takes it almost to the redzone on the first play

Des forcing the passes on these INTs....Defense no change....
TD Southern Miss., it just doesnt get any easier.
Only thing keeping me here is the fact that we started playing this way last season against South Carolina. We didnt wake up until after their 2nd scoring drive.
Making them look really good. Just bad decisions on the INTs. Fenroy not getting loose either. Gotta get a score soon. Just get something moving.
Fletcher 4 carries 78 yards....and on top of that, their receivers are so open a middle school qb could throw a td pass. Im hoping this is just preseason jitters.
That 2nd INT is on the WR (Smith). He had press man coverage... got a successful inside release... "rolled" a 10 yard dig (in route) and ended up at 12 yards... WHICH let the corner undercut his route.
He's gotta lean on the corner...snap out of his route at 10...and give the DB a little shove to create separation... and give Mike a better target to throw at! I didn't see the 1st INT, but the second one is on the WR. Absolutely horrible route.
I am in a state of despair.
Fenroy ineffective do far.
Kicking game is poor as well. Sorry guys...

We look like CRAP so far. Thankfully, while their PA anouncer was saying important info about evacuations, our band kept on playing. I like the band, but when important stuff is being announced, they need to shut up!

We will not score any points this game if we keep running the same plays on first and second down putting out selves in long yardage situations on third down. The offensive play calling is too predictable.
