I find I'm able to keep a much more optimistic view if I don't read the heights and weights of our defensive players.

The team will rally around Des and Fenroy during their last year, and play above themselves to a 6-6 record.

Bustle will remain in limbo, and the grumbling gets louder.

Heights and weights of the squad for this season have not been published yet as physicals were just taken Sunday. I have been told that the nutritional supplement program established by one of our boosters is paying off as our defensive guys are at the weights you would expect for their position.

 Ron Hudson figures the new offensive philosophy for UL's football program is a mix of old and new ideas.

Hudson, promoted to offensive coordinator earlier this year, has no reason to abandon the running game after the Ragin' Cajuns ranked seventh nationally in rushing yards per game (251.6) last season.

But he expects the addition of Jorge Munoz as the new passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach to help improve an aerial attack that averaged 155.5 yards per game - which was 115th out of 119 NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision teams last year.

_ Sorry man, I look at the personnel on this football team and I do not see much if any improvement. In fact, I think the defense is going to be worse than last year. We are way too small. The best thing about this being Bustle's last year is the fact that Wingerter, the worlds worst recruiting coordinator, will be shown the door with him. _

I hope you eat your words when the season is over!

As for size, the defense will be bigger and deeper this year; not to mention, Fourquier wants SPEED over size!

What is your agenda with Troy? You obviously do not know Wingerter. The man is an ambassador of the university!
