Thread: Cajun crunch expected against New Mexico State

  1. UL Football Cajun crunch expected against New Mexico State

LAFAYETTE – It's been a long time since UL Lafayette's football team was a four-touchdown favorite over anybody, especially a fellow Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) member.

The Ragin' Cajuns opened as a 27-point favorite over New Mexico State, and before Monday was over the Cajuns exploded to as much as a 31-point pick on recognized sports books for Saturday's 4 p.m. Homecoming contest against the Aggies.

"Cajun Crunch', the new flavor of the month at Baskin and Robbins. It consists of crushed pecans in a caramel base mixed into the "French Vanilla" cream. So far it is selling great in Bowling Green, and Jonesboro, and Lafayette. Plans are to export it to Mobile, Atlanta, Troy, and of course making it's Las Cruses debut Saturday.

MoanROW refuses to try the new flavor, instead opting for Tabby Illusions, a delightful essence combination of corn, and fresh cut hay , enhanced with peanut butter.

It would be hard to hold up my leg for that long while trying to eat cereal. That would also be a really fun morning...but a terrible afternoon.
