Microsoft has acquired Apiphany—a leading API management delivery platform._ Steve Martin, general manager of Windows Azure Business and Marketing stated in a blog post: While there is nothing new about app extensibility, cloud computing has rapidly accelerated the use cases for extensibility which has increased the value of the APIs.
