---Sorry about the credit to your post but maybe it was Divine Providence with a suggestion!!!! Now go back and read my post and quote me correctly so it makes sense as both are modified by Catholic!!!! Hammer, I got an update from your G-Father and he hasn't shot his partner yet in 3-4 different states hunting---You will recall that he did shoot him last year!!!!

I just hope this neutral site game doesn't mean taking away a home game. We already have so few as it is.

Me personally it's only worth it if we have at least 6 home games with 5 or more at Cajun Field and 1 in Nola. No where near worth it to me to have 4 games at Cajun Field and 1 in NOLA. Unless we are super handsomely rewarded.

With a descent USM team we would come close to filling up the Superdome.

A lot of Alumni here in NOLA. It could be worth it just to get them back into the Ragin Cajun spirit.

Not to mention the statewide and national recognition and perception we would get with 50,000 Cajun fans in the Dome. It would show other conferences what we are capable of and that we can bring the New Orleans market, certainly more than Tulane does. That is another great reason that we play Tulane in the NO Bowl this year.

Actually I did complete that edition of Rosetta Stone. It took all of 2 minutes. It consisted of a couple of simple phrases..."Yes, Dear"...."You're absolutely right"...."Whatever you want, Baby"

A house built with Rosetta stone will last a long time.

Realistically, say we play UT in the Dome in September....I believe we would only have about closer to 25,000. If it was a bowl game I would say closer to 50,000 but not for a regular season game 2 1/2 hours from Lafayette.

I think you would get a number in between 25-40K for a regular season game. Most folks would round trip the game, same day, or only stay 1 night. Now if they moved the game towards the end of the season, that would be different, but most of these type games are played early so, yeah, I agree, it wouldn't have the same meaning as a bowl game to most fans.

It becomes part of your season ticket package, so the ticket is already sold. Last time TooLame played Texas less than a decade ago the Longhorns brought 40 plus thousand, and TooLame it's typical ten thousand.

If you schedule them (UT, FSU, etc.), people will come.
