hahahahahahaha. Thank you, you have exposed yourself for what kind of person you are. I will not further this negativity, although you're baiting it. However, let me assure you that Northwestern is not a bastion of athletic success, nor is it a step up from UL. Please shut up and live up to your words, unless when you said "over & out" you were lying.

Everyone knows John can play and is next level material. It simply was not Mr. Hunley's turn.

As the season proved the offense was not the problem last year.

ps I expect great things from John in the future.

You suggest to the previous poster that he should post something positive and then you come back with this?

Anyway, good luck to Hundley. I hope he finds what he is looking for at NSU.

May not be a step up but certainly at present they are just as good. Seems another state school in the same conference as NW State beat the crap out of us this year and put more fans in our stands than anyone for a long time.

What does that have to do with NSU?

Actions are louder than words. We can spin it anyway we want to, from your view or from another. One simply cannot get past he quit the team during the season. There was no urgent reason for doing that. Everything else is spin.

Now for Hundley, I really hopes he wins the job and goes on to have a great college experience at NWS. I guess I have a problem with you not Hundley. You are outta here well good luck.

While I believed we should have seen John play in the McNeese game after 6 turnovers as well as a few other games, quitting in the middle of the season is not the greatest display of character. I hope the best for John, but you can bet that him quitting on the Cajuns is in the back of each and every NSU coach's mind. Remember, reputations are hard to get back after they are tainted.

First, I wish John Hundley all the best in life.

But, based on your post, I suppose the SEC needs to talk cautiously around the mighty ULM (vis-a-vis Alabama) this coming year, huh? After all, by virtue of a conference affiliation, ULM is a powerhouse over the SEC... ?

That stuff just don't stack up.

5 turnovers, not 6 (lol). I don't believe there are too many Cajun fans who want John Hundley to fail at his new school, or hold much personal animosity toward him. This is just a game and in the grand scheme does not really mean that much. However, the manner in which he handled the situation, quitting DURING THE SEASON, is what rankles some. Especially when there were plenty more possible opportunities to help his team as the season progressed. Mike D sat the bench through several games when perhaps he could have helped the team more than Babb....yet you never heard a peep. Same with Morel, who by the way, played in two games that Hundley could have proven himself in........

I wonder how he will handle it, if he doesn't start right away at NW State. I would guess the coaches there are wondering the same thing......regardless I hope he suceeds there.

John Hundley is a quitter. When times get tough, the cowards RUN! Who cares if he never got his chance. He got his chance every day at practice. I am a die hard fan as well as a student at UL and I could care less about somebody who quits on my program.

Bobby Petrino quits on his team in the middle of the season and everybody wants to lynch him. John Hundley does the same thing and everybody is saying how good he will be at a DII. (Championship Subdivision blah blah blah).

The bottom line is he couldn't start here so he went to an inferrior school so that he could play. Sounds a little bit like Alley Broussard syndrome at that midget school he ended up at in missouri or wherever. Don't even remember the name of the school...shows how much I cared.

And whoever thinks NSU is on the same level as UL has lost their damn mind.
