ITS AMAZING HOW YOU GOT THAT PHOTO FROM THE GAME AFTER HE TWISRED HIS ANKLE WHEN DIDNT EVEN PLAY IN THE NEXT GAME AFTER HE TWISTED HIS ANKLE IN FACT HE DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE FLIGHT. THAT PHOTO MUST BE FROM TWO GAMES AFTER HE TWISTED HIS ANKLE WHICH HE PLAYED MORE THAN ONE SERIES AND RAN FOR 100 PLUS YARDS ON SEVEN CARRIES.
Sorry blackjack but since I took the picture I will chime in as to the timing of the photo. As has been stated Fenroy twisted his ankle vs. McNeese and was carried/helped off the field.
The next week vs. Troy, Fenroy went in with UL up 14-7 and had a single carry for a single yard where he re-injured or aggravated the week old injury. I am assuming (I don't mind) you saw his injury vs. Troy and thought he sprained his ankle for the first time. . . The ice pack in the picture is after the single carry, but it is not where he 1st injured himself.
You are right the next week vs. UCF he did not make the trip and the next week vs. North Texas he had 123 yards on 7 carries. The next week (4 weeks after the 1st injury) he still wasn't himself as he only had 20 yards on 8 carries. So even though Tyrell had good production vs. North Texas, the sprain basically cost him 3 games. Troy, UCF, and ASU
Would he have come back sooner if he hadn't played that 1 play vs. Troy? Who knows, it might be as simple as he didn't fee right so he put the ice pack on it. The ice pack does necessarily mean he re-injured it, though it might indicate such.
Here is a LINK to a thread about when Fenroy injured his ankle.
Fenroy goes over? As Bustle would say, "NO QUESTION!"
Sounds like he made it. Geaux Fenroy
