That's what they get for deciding to drive the field and kick a field goal against the Seahawks last year and then lose the 49ers the next week. You Saints fans should be soaking all this great stuff in...it usually doesn't go this well for that long.

It has been going really well since 2006. It has been OK since Benson took over from the playboy Texas owner.

Now a fan base that needs to keep sucking it up are the Houstonians. First their team ripped out from them, and then it gets good again. Then they get an expansion team, and finally seem to be getting there only to fold. Those Texans and the Cowgirls simply have bad, bad big moment quarterbacks.

If I hadn't ended up a Seahawks fan...I would have been all about "Love Ya Blue". The Oilers were a team I could get behind. Sad to see them become null and void and the Texans taking their place. Glad Houston got the Texans, but they deserved the Oilers.

Oh how proud you must be....the Saints might finally reach double digits in playoff appearances. And it only took close to half a century. That one season changes all that though. All those rough seasons with grocery bags on your heads. Proud franchise.

That one season (you mean the Super Bowl championship season).......It's a hell of a trump card to hold. And I enjoy playing it every time you appear with some lame hand.

It's the same one the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hold...so don't go thinking it gets you into the VIP room...cause it won't. It just gives you one tired old story you can drudge up no matter how good or bad things are going, while you stay on the outside looking in hoping to be one of those "it" franchises the NFL loves so dearly. Look at Cowboys fans, they don't seem too happy right now...and they have 5 good stories to tell!!
