UL's new practice approach pays off big

A light stretch of practice during an idle week between a Sept. 21 non-conference win at Akron and Saturday night’s Sun Belt Conference-opening win over Texas State may have been just what the Ragin’ Cajuns needed.

After beating the Bobcats 48-24 at Cajun Field, UL coach Mark Hudspeth sure seemed to think so.

Damn How many times have I seen this --damn if you do or don't---how to get the legs back and at the same time make sure you have hit enough???? Been through it and I just don't know--sometimes after tough weeks felt fresh and even the opposite!!! But this was not the same team that i saw against Arkansas and K-State!!!!
