I did look and Texas State gave up 434 yards passing to Texas Tech's backup qb. I don't think that defense is as vaunted as you want to believe

Yeah you don't know Texas very well...Anyway, what you didn't see it that Tech throws the ball like 90% of the time and all those yards only came up to 2 FG's in the first half. After several turnovers (on our part) and nothing but 3 and outs Tech scored 3 TD's. So like 3 TD's for Tech's O is not a good showing...

WAC had it's time and we came in @ the last possible moment...that is true. However, no one really wants to be in the Sunbelt...right?! If you guys could have left (like the others) you would have but you didn't have that opportunity...So I'm hoping that our stay is not as long as your stay has been and continues to be..

The WAC would have taken Katy high school of it would have helped them survive. Nobody is over here beating their chest about the sunbelt...you sure as hell shouldn't be beating your chest about a survival invite from the WAC

You're right I don't know Texas very well because I don't watch the Longhorns. I also didn't see Tech throw 90% of the time, it was more around the 65% mark. When you give up close to 400 yards a game you do not have a good defense. What you have is an average opportunistic defense. Don't try and church it up to something it is not

WAC was kinda hard to get into when you guys came into D1 so maybe that's why you didn't know...Anyway, we wanted to be in C-USA with the other Texas schools but that didn't happen so we are here with you. You guys have a good team and this win would be good for our program...

When UL "came into D1" the WAC was younger than the SBC (football) is now.

I'm just glad to have another 100-year program to play, but you guys take the cake for procrastination.

If you can't reach the saddle we will do like we have done for a half dozen other newbies , we cup our hands and help you get into the saddle. (This Georgia State help takes the cake though)

Unfortunately we have a bad habit of hoisting new members right over the SBC saddle and onto another horse.

Actually, pretty good...Just look what we did with Texas Tech who passes the ball A LOT!

Your not very good at pass defense one game is nothing you must have really sucked in the other 3 games and 6 or 7 of your turnovers came against USM......And you really don't sack the Quaterback alot only 9 in 4 games. Middle the pack in the Belt. Still looking for the greatness or something to really fear.....Very good run defense. Offense that sucks except for Wyoming who played in a rain delayed game with a Q.B. that was playing for the frist time. We have now have film on him......

Hope you guys bring a crowd as it helps our budget and our recruiting to have 35K yelling like crazy for the CAJUNS!!!!!

Actually, the Sunbelt needed us just as bad as we needed the Sunbelt so it worked out for everyone...I think the Sunbelt will pass C-USA. The only reason why we want C-USA is to play against our rival (utsa) and the other schools...

We have film on him...lol You're starting to sound like Alabama...lol C' mon man! lol The good news is that you will find out live and in color if our D is legit.
