The WAC would have taken Katy high school of it would have helped them survive. Nobody is over here beating their chest about the sunbelt...you sure as hell shouldn't be beating your chest about a survival invite from the WAC

Actually, the Sunbelt needed us just as bad as we needed the Sunbelt so it worked out for everyone...I think the Sunbelt will pass C-USA. The only reason why we want C-USA is to play against our rival (utsa) and the other schools...

You're right I don't know Texas very well because I don't watch the Longhorns. I also didn't see Tech throw 90% of the time, it was more around the 65% mark. When you give up close to 400 yards a game you do not have a good defense. What you have is an average opportunistic defense. Don't try and church it up to something it is not

When UL "came into D1" the WAC was younger than the SBC (football) is now.

I'm just glad to have another 100-year program to play, but you guys take the cake for procrastination.

No doubt, get on the SBC horse and enjoy the ride.

If you can't reach the saddle we will do like we have done for a half dozen other newbies , we cup our hands and help you get into the saddle. (This Georgia State help takes the cake though)

Unfortunately we have a bad habit of hoisting new members right over the SBC saddle and onto another horse.

Your not very good at pass defense one game is nothing you must have really sucked in the other 3 games and 6 or 7 of your turnovers came against USM......And you really don't sack the Quaterback alot only 9 in 4 games. Middle the pack in the Belt. Still looking for the greatness or something to really fear.....Very good run defense. Offense that sucks except for Wyoming who played in a rain delayed game with a Q.B. that was playing for the frist time. We have now have film on him......

Actually, no the sunbelt didn't. If you leave tomorrow the sunbelt does not fold....what other fbs conferences invited txst to join that you turned down for the sunbelt? The sunbelt is already a better football conference than cusa... It was better last year as well. You can still play utsa, it would just be an OOC game. I think txst was a good addition to the sunbelt overall athletics. However, you should stop looking down your nose at schools and a conference you are now associated with. At least until you actually beat us. While our wins aren't against world beaters... Neither are yours. We have played a tougher schedule than you and lead the conference in scoring, txst is 2nd to last. Last I checked, you win games by scoring not by adding up yards.
