And no UL or Louisiana???? Are they afraid that Monroe would pull out of the conference??? I just wish there were a way to get around this and I guess it will be when we leave this crap!!! There we get a great write up nationally and are being called UL and can't get our own conference who is benefiting from it to call us what we want!!!

This commissioner killed the WAC and he is going to do it to the Belt! Yep it seems one week after another Louisiana gets as a University, Sports program, or the City it dwells in, some national props and news and our own conference for now will not use, UL, Louisiana, Ragin Cajun's, Louisiana Ragin Cajuns!!!! What gives commish?

Benson didn't kill the WAC.......it would have probably died with or without him. He didn't have the kahuna's to keep it together.

He calls us UL/Louisiana when in Lafayette, just doesn't have the kahuna's to do same when not in Lafayette or speaking to a UL biased audiance. Why? wish I knew. I find it cowardly of him to do this.

As much as I despise the SBC, this website is not run by the Sun Belt Conference.

My guess is that in 2016 & 2017 we will play them, and drop two others. It'll be in a rotation until SBC adds a 12th team.

Really I kinda think he did now. I got to listen to him Saturday with Dan McDonald on the RAGE. He sounded either drunk, or punch drunk from the beatings the SBC teams were taking.

Hard to believe this guy commands a six figure salary.

Yes I have heard him on several occasions and on the Rage I think his speech was noticeably different!!! Anybody else hear this maybe the flu!!!!
