I think everybody knows T. J. as the HC @ North Texas last season. Lisa was the #1 pitcher at North Carolina, she graduated in 2010. She immediately went to the Akron Racers of the National Pro Fastpitch league and became their ace, from 2010 to present. She has been an assistant coach at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi ('10-'11), North Carolina State ('11-'12) and Georgia Tech ('12-'13). Yes, this is four jobs in four years. The reason for that is that at each job, that was the last year her head coach was at those schools (wow), and the new coaches chose not to keep her (???). She is a high level pitcher, as evidenced by her awards with the NPF, if she can translate that knowledge to her pitchers here, we could have the best pitching staff in the country.
