I turned it off. They were talking (and playing audio clips) about "Cop Rock", a television series from 1990, which was a musical about police officers. That's what I like to listen to on my ride home at 5:00.
9 times out of 10 All Out Blitz makes me laugh. I have to admit, I find them entertaining.
I agree it needs to end.... I look forward to getting off work and listening to sports talk and possibly calling in... but this ruined it for me today. I don't turn on sports radio to hear Scott Prather talk about 90's music and other stuff that is completely irrelevant to sports. It's actually pretty annoying.
Scott, if you are reading this... you do an excellent job otherwise... just hope you'd focus more on sports around the 5:00 hour.
I was listening to music on my drive. Got an alert about the trade so I switched to 1420 and waited 20 minutes for anything. Just crappy pop culture talk.
I can't believe Brownies gave up on Richardson that quickly
Yeah, I faithfully tune in on Radio Pup and wait on more local sports talk and I get nothing. No one else spends that much time on baseball during football season. I want to hear Cajun football, Saints, LSU, and highschool football talk in that order. Let the rest fit in where it may. There is no baseball team in Louisiana, no one really cares! LOL!
Browns made a good trade in my opinion. Adrian Peterson is probably the only running back worth a first round pick.
I'm finding them harder and harder to listen to. kevin foote has gone off the deep end. plus, he's often off on location with the one called bandit, or he's got the one called dave on the air with him. I stopped listening to prather long ago. jay, at least, keeps it relevant and has plenty of UL reports. I find myself tuning in more and more to 103.7, except, of course, in the afternoon.
I don't like the afternoon guys on 103.7
I disagree on the win/win. I think the Colts may benefit this season, I'm not even sure about that because he has a terrible career ypc average, but in the long run they gave up a first round pick for a runningback which is a horrible investment, IMO.
