I know it is one game at a time, but I liked what i saw Saturday night. I also was not impressed with the ASU and Troy teams on TV last week. I watched a lot of the second half and I think Cajuns play with more intensity, and have a different gear than those two teams. I don't want to predict anything and jinx us, but I think we have a great shot to run the table, barring injuries. Saturday sparked a fire in these guys, and they put up 70 points without trying to run up the score. In the past, they may have beaten a team like N.S., but the class of talent Saturday night was stark. And I like our chances against Akron, and the rest of the belt.

Don't tell me, show me. I saw a lot of improvement and promise this weekend. Hopefully we can keep the momentum rolling and knock off Akron. A few more eyes than usual will be on this game since they took Michigan to the edge. Time to capitalize and notch our first D1 win this year!
