These popsicles are ridiculously simple, just four ingredients and about 5 or 10 minutes of prep work required. And for your work, you're rewarded with a light and refreshing, sweet and fruity treat. You could probably even dial the sugar back if your fruit was sweet, making these even healthier. The popsicles are a great grown-up substitute for those freeze pops (the ones in the plastic sleeves, you remember right?) we so loved as kids. It's still technically summer for another 10 days so you have time to whip up a batch of these strawberry-watermelon popsicles as a proper send-off
