Where are the players from Acadian? We have to do a better job of keeping local talent here at UL!

Wait I think that only applies to football. Lol

Already see the headline for winning 4 straight tournaments..."FOUR...in a row!"

If we got the best 15 players in Acadiana every year you would be giddy. And the Cajuns would be ranked nationally every year.

It would be "Fore" not four, if you are trying to use a play on words. Anyway I know what you were trying to say. Geaux Cajuns!

We won't ever get the next best 15 players from Acadiana so people need to give that up. We need to get the best players we can get and just win.

Now back to golf. I would live to see us become a regional power in golf, unfortunately I think the lack of quality courses in the area hurts us.

I think that part of the horse farm should be a UL practice facility!!!! an indoor net type thing and putting and chipping deal or whatever golfers do!!!

Not to beat a dead horse (ha!) but I believe that an18 hole course was on the drawing board at one time. Would have been the Cajuns home course. Public green fees would have covered the cost of building and maintenance. The fossil nixed the idea!
