Yes, I think we'll be alright the rest of the year. we definitely have improvements to make. They'll watch the film and see how much better they played with they pressed the receivers and blitzed. The offense is starting to click and against teams in our conference they'll do even better. Can't wait till next week at home!!!! GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!!

Offense may have turned the corner. Defense still sucks.

The offense didnt start to move the ball until K State dropped back into a prevent Defense.

I am not sold on the offense turning the corner yet.

I did like what I saw from the backs tonight.
Harris is the beast we knew he would be.
Mcguire makea some very quick cits up the field and can catch the ball too.
Pierce came in fresh in the second half and took advantage of a tired defense.

Alright its over now. I'm proud of the way this team battled back. We are going to alright.

I still think that remains to be seen. There is a lot of improvements that need to be made in all 3 phases of the game. What I did like was that they showed some pride towards the end of the game, but it was to little to late. Unlike how I felt an hour ago, I feel we have some pieces to build around now atleast, but just to many weak areas to feel comfortable.

The defense doesn't look good which is troubling. People usually say the offense is what takes the longest to get clicking. In the end, we have played an SEC team and a Big 12 team. If we struggle against Nicholls then I'll start worrying. I'm a little surprised by how quickly some turned on Hud and this team. The Cajuns three years ago would have rolled over and played dead for the rest of the game. This game wasn't truly over until the 5:00 mark.

I agree about the bustle statement, but the defense has some major problems. To a lesser extent, we do have coverage problems on special teams, and O-line and dropsies issues on offense. I think we can correct it, but none of this can be overlooked. Hopefully we get it together and pound Nichols next week.
